Avelair Variable Speed Drive compressors offer true energy savings

Avelair have recently installed two 45KW variable speed rotary screw air compressors which will save future energy costs of up to £10,000 per year. The high quality compressors are filled with food grade oil and have been installed along with a heat regenerative desiccant compressed air dryer with 4 stage filtration ensuring it complies with the Food Grade code of practice.

New high pressure containerised compressed air system

Avelair specialise in containerised compressed air packages. This package incorporated two 25 bar high pressure systems capable of providing air quality to ISO 8573.1 Class 1.

The customer has residents nearby and hence the requirement was to have a noise level of no more than 64 db at 1 metre and to have the flexibility to move the system in the future at minimum cost.
