Air receiver inspections
Air receivers can corrode from the inside, due to the moisture in the air and hence require regular certified inspections. The conbination of corrosion and high air pressures can potenitally cause them to explode if they are not regularly inspected and maintained.
The Pressure System Safety Regulations 2000 covers the safety requirements for any receiver above 0.5bar pressure and 250bar.litres.
Avelair can offer this service throughout the UK in accordance with the PSSR 2000.
