The Avelair air energy management control harnesses individual air compressor pressure set-points & controls target system pressure within fine limits to reduce generating costs, and ensures that the most efficient compressors (irrespective of manufacturer or type) are employed in the most efficient combination to suit a fluctuating air demand pattern. Our compressor management systems are capable of controlling up to 12 air compressors in single or multiple compressor locations. Pressure imbalance between compressor locations can easily be overcome using the unique operating software provided with the management controllers.

The system can be expanded and fitted with the necessary hardware and software to deliver a complete local and / or remote compressed air supervisory, control and monitoring solution. The software enables plant supervisors to monitor and routinely review system performance, identifying and implementing operational cost reductions and quality improvements direct from a PC screen.

Users and service providers can benefit from round the clock system condition monitoring and automated response, including alarm management direct to mobile phones giving them remote or local control. The Management system has a number of datalogging features that allow data capture either via a dedicated PC, or from a dedicated logger within the Management system itself. Both deliver invaluable system efficiency data and thus, the knowledge required to ensure that a system remains at optimum performance now, and in the future.
