Special Builds and Turnkey projects
Averlair compressors can be customised to suit a variety of non standard applications such as extreme temperature variations, very low noise requirements, specific sizes and colour, different voltages, and that can be interfaced with computerised systems.
Complete integrated and packaged systems are available, designed for use in dessert or other severe climatic conditions, complete with ancillary equipment, pressure vessels, dryers, filters, weather protection and purpose made skids and frames.
Avelair can also manufacture compressors with specific specifications such as limited space, duty / stand by ability with integrated electrical equipment, volt free contacts, sequence control panels, or auto restart systems with visual and audio alarms.
Turnkey and containerised packages are ideal for sites where there is no possibility of a suitable plant room. Fully weather proofed with all mechanical and electrical connections ready for installation. These are fitted with thermostatically controlled heaters for frost protection, internal lighting for ease of maintenance, and have a low external noise level.
